Powering Chicago returned as a sponsor for this year’s Cooperator Expo Chicagoland on October 17. It was a day filled with valuable insights and networking opportunities for property managers and board members.
Elbert Walters III, Executive Director of Powering Chicago, shared his expertise on a panel discussion titled “Your EV Charging Project – A Comprehensive Planning Guide for Managers & HOAs.” This session provided attendees with essential information on planning and implementing EV charging projects.
“We’re thrilled to be part of the Cooperator Expo Chicagoland again this year,” said Walters. “As the demand for electric vehicles continues to grow, it’s crucial for property owners managers, HOAs and more to understand the complexities of EV charging infrastructure.”
The panel also included speakers such as:
- Samantha Bingham, Clean Transportation Program Director, Chicago Department of Transportation
- Vincent Jenels, Executive Director, Nextech Energy Systems
- Cristina Botero, Sr. Manager, Beneficial Electrification, ComEd
- Adam Kahn, Community Associations Partner, Levenfeld Pearlstein, LLC
The event featured 175 exhibitors showcasing the latest in building services, informative seminars, and free advice from industry experts.
