Powering Chicago is proud to announce its official partnership with the Chicago Red Stars professional women’s soccer team. Established in 2007, the Chicago Red Stars are the oldest and winningest women’s professional soccer club in the United States. 

As an official partner, visitors to SeatGeek Stadium will see Powering Chicago signage along the field, on the video board and on the LED ticker. Additionally, Powering Chicago will partner with the Red Stars for an upcoming community engagement promotion. Promotion details will be provided at a later date.

The Red Stars were a founding member of the former Women’s Professional Soccer and later became one of the original eight teams to form the National Women’s Soccer League in 2013. They have made the playoffs in six consecutive years from 2015-2020, clinching the team’s first appearance in the NWSL Championship in the 2019 season as well as appearing in the NWSL’s Challenge Cup Final in 2020.
