Chicago Mayor-Elect Lori Lightfoot stopped by to wish IBEW Local 134 electricians and contractors the best before they embarked on a day full of fixing homes for those less fortunate. The event is held on the last Saturday of April and this year roughly 450 Powering Chicago electricians and contractors donated their time to fix nearly 75 homes in West Englewood and Chicago Heights.

IBEW 134 Business Manager, Don Finn, presented the mayor-elect with a collage of photos from the 2019 White Sox opening day where she threw out the first pitch. Powering Chicago is a proud sponsor of the White Sox this season.
