Powering Chicago returned to the 2025 Cooperator Expo Chicagoland, held on October 16, 2025, at Navy Pier in Chicago, as a sponsor and exhibitor.

The event brought together professionals from across the property management and building services industries, including board members, property managers, building owners, and service providers. Attendees had the opportunity to explore products and services from hundreds of exhibitors offering solutions in areas such as property management, building maintenance, financial services, energy efficiency, and construction.
